Speaking Against Abuse (SAA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering children and families to prevent and overcome the trauma of abuse. Our mission is rooted in faith and compassion—using the Word of God and the guidance of the Holy Spirit to help individuals transition from victim to victor.
We believe that forgiveness is a powerful step toward healing. By addressing the emotional control that abuse creates, survivors can reclaim their freedom and begin to live without fear or shame.
Abuse comes in many forms—verbal, physical, mental, and sexual—and each leaves lasting scars. Victims often struggle silently, and our goal is to shine a light on their experiences and offer support that leads to healing.
Abuse is a learned behavior and, if left unaddressed, continues in a damaging cycle.
We exist to break the cycle of abuse through faith, education, and support. Speaking Against Abuse empowers children and families to rise from victimhood to victory—rooted in God’s word and the healing power of forgiveness.
Abuse takes many forms—verbal, physical, emotional, and sexual—and leaves deep scars. We help survivors identify these patterns, reclaim their voice, and walk confidently toward healing.
Abuse doesn’t discriminate. SAA supports men, women, children, and elders from all walks of life. No matter your background or story, you deserve to live free from fear and full of hope.
Anyone. Abuse does not discriminate. It affects individuals of all races, cultures, religions, ages, and genders.
Abuse impacts everyone—men, women, children, and the elderly. Regardless of one’s situation, every person deserves to live a life free from pain, fear, and control. Speaking Against Abuse is here to walk with survivors on their path to healing, justice, and renewal.
